Skate and Beyond has a team of 15+ mentors aged 16 to 30, who handle tasks
such as facilitating sessions, first aid, transporting and servicing skateboards. Including female mentors assisting girls with skateboarding. Over 150 people practice in Gulu, and 20 to 50 in Lira and Kitgum. Mentors embody qualities like kindness, honesty, and inclusiveness, and are supported by international experts who visit and teach.
