Shawn is a passionate longboard dance and freestyle rider originally from the US and is now based in Leipzig, Germany. Shawn operates the site longboarddancing.world, and rides for both Station Skate and Luca Longboards. Beyond skating, Shawn’s next biggest passions in life are photography, animal rights, and philosophy.

Mel is a longboard dancer and ambassador of the Longboard Girls Crew. She really enjoys helping others gaining more self-confidence and personal growth through longboard dancing. She is also passionate about Pilates and hiking.
